Inside Sales Representative

We seek a motivated, high-producing, customer service-oriented sales professional with a proven past record of sales success. This sales position will interact with customers, provide estimates, meet sales objectives, and ensure that customers are receiving the best possible service and solutions from decDigital.

This opportunity affords excellent commissioned income potential for an energetic, team-oriented sales person who can work independently. We seek an employee who displays incentive and drive to meet deadlines, manage accounts with excellence and efficiency, and represent our company in the most ethical and professional manner possible.

3-5 years construction software sales experience is highly desired. Experience in construction sales, or other high end sales performance will be considered.

Responsibilities include:
  • Meeting sales objectives and goals on a monthly basis
  • Determining needs of each client, communicating benefits of products, services, features, and special offers to new customers as appropriate.
  • Preparing and presenting detailed estimates in a timely fashion.
  • Completing accurate, timely paperwork to ensure efficient processing of customer transactions.
  • Acting upon leads generated by the company and prospecting new business.
Other requirements include:
  • Computer literate with experience using e-mail, Excel, Database, WordM
  • Good time management skills
  • Good people skills
